We use location to match Requesters with Helpers, provide distance-based features, and calculate Miles Driven for cancellations where applicable.

• request details (vehicle type, situation, notes, photos/videos if provided)

• timestamps, status updates, and communications needed to coordinate a request


D. Payment Information

• payment method tokens and transaction details handled by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe)

We do not store full card numbers.


E. Device and Usage Data

• device type, OS, app version, identifiers, logs/diagnostics, approximate IP-based location


F. Website Cookies & Tracking (Site Use)

If you visit winchline.app, we may use cookies or similar technologies to support site functionality and understand usage (for example, basic analytics).

• match Requesters with Helpers,
