WinchLine was built for real-world stuck situations.
If you’ve ever been on a trail, a backroad, or even a muddy shoulder and realized “I need help that can actually reach me,” you already get the mission. A lot of services work great on pavement — but off-road, weather, and rough terrain are different. When conditions get sketchy, you don’t just need help… you need the right help.
WinchLine is a platform designed to help connect Requesters (people who need assistance) with nearby Helpers (independent off-road capable drivers with the right equipment and experience). Whether it’s mud, snow, sand, flooded roads, steep driveways, or terrain that a standard tow truck won’t touch, WinchLine is being built to make it easier to find someone who can safely get to you.
We’re launching soon in the Mid-South and building this the right way—focused on safety, clear communication, and a smooth experience for both sides.
How WinchLine Works
- Request Help
- You create a request, share your general location, and describe what’s going on (stuck, needs recovery, terrain type, vehicle info, and any notes that help the Helper show up prepared).
- Get Matched With a Helper
- Nearby Helpers can view your request and accept it. Once accepted, you’ll be able to communicate and coordinate the best way to reach you.
- Get Back Moving
- The Helper arrives and provides assistance. Some requests may be straightforward, while others may use a quote-on-arrival style option depending on the situation.
- Pay Securely
- Payments are handled securely, and the goal is to keep the process fair and transparent.
